Message from President Pakistan Chest Society (Punjab)

It gives me immense pleasure to welcome all the delegates to the ibrant city of Lahore at the 4th International Conference on 29th & 0th April 2023 at Pearl Continental Hotel organized by Pakistan Chest Society (Punjab).
I feel honored to be the President of Pakistan Chest Society and Chairman Organizing Committee for this Conference.
The Pakistan Chest Society stands for science a d education both in research and clinical practice. Only the search for knowledge can help us ask questions for which we then try to find the answers. Without this pursuit of truth, there can be no progress. In medicine, progress is inextricably linked with benefit for the patient and the patient is at the entre of our actions.
I am thankful to the members of the organizing committee, especially, Chairman Scientific Committee for
working tirelessly with me day and night. We have collected a galaxy of speakers from all around the country as well as eminent foreign speakers. The extensive scientific program, great hospitality and rich cultural heritage of Lahore will altogether make this event a memorable one.
This conference will feature updated state of the art lectures, panel discussions, interactive sessions, Respiratory Research Award on Poster Presentations, the grand round of challenging clinical cases and also a Pulmonology Champions League for Post Graduate Residents.
The conference will cover a wide range of topics including respiratory infections, Interstitial Lung Diseases, Asthma, COPD, Lung cancer as well as Pre-conference Post Graduate Courses.
This conference will bring together participants from all over the country and abroad providing an excellent opportunity for updating the knowledge and sharing challenges in the clinical practice. This conference will go a long way in increasing awareness.
